Unprinted / Unbranded Products
Products which have not been printed or embroidered can be returned for an exchange or credit. Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of delivery and must be in the exact condition in which they were delivered, including being in the original packaging. Items that have been worn or washed are unable to be returned. Some items are ineligible for exchange or credit on return including sale items, underwear, and socks.

Items that have been printed, embroidered or branded are made to order and are unable to be returned, except where faulty.

When making a return please let us know:
- what you’re returning;
- the reason (e.g. wrong size);
- your name, order number and email address.
Once your return has been received and processed, we will email you. This may be up to 2 weeks after we’ve received it.
