Can I supply my own garments to print on?

Yes, you’re welcome to supply your own garments. However, we typically offer higher quality options at more competitive prices than most retail stores. If you’ve found a great deal elsewhere, feel free to check with us — we may be able to match or even beat it.
Please note: a minimum charge may apply when printing on customer-supplied garments.

What is your normal turnaround?

Most jobs are completed within 5-10 working days from job approval.
Although some jobs involving multiple processes can be longer.
If you need your order sooner, let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate your deadline.

Do you have a minimum order quantity?

Here at Kapiti Coast Embroidery, we have no minimums.
We’re happy to help with orders of any size!

What file format should I use for artwork?

For best results and faster processing, please supply a vector-editable file such as AI, EPS, SVG, or PDF, especially for printing. Additionally, we can also work with high resolution PNG files. Still unsure? Contact our team, we are happy to assist!

Do you have a showroom?

Yes, however, viewing is by appointment only. This ensures we have the specific garments you’re interested in ready for viewing at your appointment.

What is the best branding method?

The ideal branding method depends on:
– Your artwork
– The type of garment or product
– Quantity of items
We’ll guide you through the best options based on your needs.

What is the best way to care for and wash the uniforms?

We recommend following the care instructions on the label of the uniform to ensure it stays in good condition. Generally, we recommend washing in cold water and air drying to avoid shrinkage and damage to any custom branding.

What is your returns policy?

Unprinted / Unbranded Products:
Products which have not been printed or embroidered can be returned for an exchange or credit. Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of delivery and must be in the exact condition in which they were delivered, including being in the original packaging. Items that have been worn or washed are unable to be returned. Some items are ineligible for exchange or credit on return including sale items, underwear, and socks.

Printed / Branded Products:  
Items that have been printed, embroidered or branded are made to order and are unable to be returned, except where faulty.   For our full returns policy and to start a returns process please click here

How do I order samples?

Add the products you’d like to see to the cart and complete the checkout process. You can then return these for a full refund within 14 days. See our returns policy section.
